Given a classic save opportunity, Iglesias delivered effectively. He got Max Kepler and Trea Turner to fly out to the outfield, issued a two-out walk to Bryce Harper, and then retired Alec Bohm with a pop out to third, concluding the game. He currently boasts a 3.00 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and a 3/1 K/BB ratio over his first three innings this season.

Manager Pat Murphy, as noted by Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, stated that Cortés has undergone a platelet-rich plasma injection in his left elbow. This procedure is intended to assist in the recovery from the strain that led to his placement on the injured list on Sunday. Nonetheless, it is expected to prevent him from throwing for a few days. A timeline for his return will be determined once he is approved to begin a throwing program.
